At Jeneral Merchant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not work out, and we are here to help.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Tiles: Must be in full, unopened boxes. We cannot accept partial boxes or loose tiles.
• Bathroom/Kitchen Wares: Must be uninstalled and in original boxes with all accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or "As-Is" items.
• Custom orders or special indent items.
• Adhesives, grouts, and other chemical products once opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us or visit our store.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any breakage or damage, report it to the delivery driver immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We may ask for photos of the damaged items to process a replacement.
